Description:

Welding Electrodes AWS E6013 is a low carbon steel electrode with high titanium-potassium type coating and suitable for both AC and DC. The electrode is able to provide excellent welding technological performance because the arc is extra stable and spatter loss is negligible, the slag has good fluid and solidified slag is very easy to remove, the manipulate is free and restrike is easy. It can give smooth and beautiful ripples

Application:Used to weld low carbon structure & low alloy steel structure, such as 16 Mn etc. Before welding, it is necessary to clean the work piece & remove the impurities such as oil ,grease rust and moisture, bake the electrode at the temperature of about 350 degree centigrade for one hour. Welding must be carried out under short arc & is suitable for narrow path.When used DC,it must be connected with positive polarity

Notes

1, welding electrodes shall be 150 °C baking 1 hour.2, welding DC power supply as far as possible, because the AC welding penetration shallower. Current is not too large, so that Welding Rod red.3, welded parts must be removed before welding oil, rust, water and other impurities.4, corrosion resistance of deposited metal test determined by the agreement between supply and demand.
